Terms & Conditions
The term client (s)/you, refer to the person placing an order and the term I/we/me refers to www.poesh.co.uk/Lesley Chattaway. I have the right to change and update the terms and conditions at any time. You may not copy/reproduce any of the designs or pictures or text or Survival Kits featured on this website, or any that you see advertised by me. It is the clients responsibility to gain permission to use any pictures/text/designs from a third party which you ask me to use on your item(s) and you will be held liable if any copyright issue is raised bu a third party.
Payment - You can make payments online through the secure portal of PayPal for which you do not need a PayPal account but you will need a valid email address for invoice purposes. You can also pay via cheque made out to Lesley Chattaway. The clients order (s) will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders.
Samples - Samples will be sold at full price of an invitation in its price band. We regret that due to demand we are unable to offer samples free of charge. Postal charges will also apply.
Offers - only one offer may be used per customer and offers cannot be used in conjunction of any other offer. The offer will not apply to any additional orders the client may make.
Manufacture & Postal Information - Due to the nature of handmade items please remember that they are handmade and therefore will possibly have slight variations when creating the designs and may also vary slightly in colour. This is not deemed a fault. This will not make an impact on the overall appearance. Changes may be made to a clients order but these may incur extra charges once proofs have been signed off (either by email or by post). The client can choose either email or postal proofs. Sometimes a part of a design featured may be discontinued by a supplier with little or no notice, in this instance you will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative may be found. Further proofs will then be sent before work continues. When an order is placed and a deposit is received and cleared the client will be advised of an approximate time of manufacture (normally 4-6 weeks) proofs will be sent for approval which is when final ammendments can be made and a final delivery date will be arranged. As well as Royal Mail I also use courier companies We accept no responsibility to any damage caused in transit. Your order will be packaged with great care and you are able to purchase postal insurance. We also accept no responsibility for any postal delays including strikes. Once proofs have been signed off we accept no responsibility of any mistakes you are to check and double check that all details on the proofs are correct before signing them off. If an error has been made on our part the items in question must be returned using a recorded postage service for which the customer will have to pay postage for. Either a new item (s) will be made or a full refund will be offered, depending on time available to rectify the problem. If there is no time in order to re-make your item (s) you will receive a full refund for that part of the order. If you place your order in stages I cannot guarantee continuity of design.
Advertising - I may use your item(s) as advertising on the internet and in brochures/leaflets/wedding fayre's and any other outlet or media I see fit.
Company Branding - You can request to have no company branding on you items, however they will be small and unobtrusive. I would hope that you are happy to promote me.
Prices - Prices may be subject to change however the client will pay the price that was agreed at the time of order regardless of the price change going up or down in value.
Cancellation - You may cancel your order at any time. All depostits are non refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. You will also be charged any extra costs due to work that has already been carried out. Cancellation will be required in writing for which both post and email is acceptable. We will not exchange or refund goods unless there is a significant error compared to the proofs that were signed off also as items are personalised. You are responsible for letting us know within 24 hours of receipt of goods that you wish to return them. You will be responsible for the postage costs to return the items. You will need to send them back using Royal Mails Recorded Delivery Service.
Remaining Balance - This will be required upon completion of your order. Your order will not be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.
Safety - Please keep all stationery items away from children and animals. Some parts may be sharp and could also come off proving a choking hazard. We accept no responsibility for any accident that may occur.
Privacy Policy - We will not disclose any of your details to a third party.
